That's NOT hard to do... Perhaps you're angry and/or depressed and just need some time alone to work things out...? Go find a place of solitude and try having a heart-to-heart with God... After all, He can help like no other...

I would think you are having emotional reactions to withdrawing from an addiction. If your addiction happened because of a blood sugar imbalance trying to correct itself by encouraging you to use the substance you were addicted to, you could be having a low blood sugar reaction now that you are not taking/using the substance any more.
Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org. I would almost bet you that you have other symptoms that are on that list too, that you did not think associated with your withdrawl.
If you think it may indeed be a low blood sugar reaction, go make yourself a snack of some lean meat (salmon, tuna or other fish is very good), some carbohydrates (like fresh fruit or fresh veges) and some good fat (like olive oil or almonds). Then be sure to eat your 3 meals a day with plenty of protein and not many carbs, and snacks between each meal just like the above. For me, my pre-bedtime snack is a couple of handfuls of almonds/sunflower seeds and soy nuts with some soy milk.
You should see a slow, steady improvement in your attitude over the next 2 weeks (or maybe even faster).

This could very well be a symptom of withdrawal from whatever you were addicted to. Withdrawal from a drug you were addicted to can cause all types of emotional distress, depression and anger. The best thing to do is hang in there, in time your body and mind will heal and you will find something to keep you occupied.

It seems like you are in an awfully bad mood. Try going to a terapist, a phycologist, or some other person who is a professional at handling such situations.
It also seems like you are under alot of stress. Since you wish to be alone, take a walk alone, enjoy some ice cream, take a moment to relax, etc. Do something that will keep or clear your mind of things. You may feel much better then.

Sounds like withdrawl symptoms from your addiction. If you can give yourself that space and be alone for awhile do so and then when you feel up to it talk to someone.
Be strong and don't go back to whatever addiction you had. You'll be O.K. soon. All the best and remember people out here are rooting for you.

Your addiction could definitely be part of it. You could also be depressed. Is it possible, and I have really have no idea, that part of your addiction stemmed from depression? That whatever your substance was, it was a tonic for the negative thoughts/bad feelings you had?
Anyway, you should try to seek counselling with a psychologist/-iatrist or an AA type group or both.

If by "addiction" you mean cigarettes then yes..You can plan on being snappy for about 2 weeks, as your body drains itself of nicotine cravings. Actually, this kind of behavior is typical after quitting any chemical addiction. Go ahead and sit somewhere and be alone, and if you can't try to find something that occupies your mind. Read, or listen to music...Find something to occupy your mind.

It's probably a side-effect of the withdrawls also. But, relax, take a day to yourself to think and have a good day. Maybe talk to a therapist.

Depression, anxiety, and anger, are all linked together. Something is troubling you, and you need to talk about it with someone you can trust. Good luck.
