I think school and work sometimes but mostly when ther is a party with music and food and dancing. And alot of ppl. That way they can meet. I mostly, on the other hand have met my friends form school not realizing until i was older that they were from different cultures but it made me feel very good that i had a friend from basically everywhere. I had an Arabic friend. A puerto rican, dominican, vietnamese, chinese, japanese, haitian, cuban, costa rican, colombian and brazilian friend, um, let me think all the way to 1st grade...... um venezuelan friend, french, jewish, irish, russian (oh he was so cute!) friend. But i never had a friend from mexico or canada. But a Jamaican friend also. This is bringing back memories. Oh i miss them all! But u know when u get older u dirft apart. But they were all nice!!!!!!!! I hope i helped.

Laughter, food, and music.

Everyone has them. They'll change with the cultures, but play good music in the background, give them good food, sit them down together, and decent people will start to bond, no matter what culture.

(Of course, food acceptable in both cultures is important. You don't serve BBQ to a vegetarian culture, for example. Bread and rice and pasta and salad?)

Good food does wonders.
