I think that all black women don't think that pale white guys turn them off. That is not a type of question that you should ask,because I think that is very mean now that is my OPINION!!!!!

It always depends on what the girl likes and how the guy acts. It depends, if the girl likes pale white guys, then bingo. If she likes white pale guys, but the guy is a jerk, then probably not.

I don't know that they are universally. Women of all races still look into the man's personality and to the heart, which just cannot be defined by color.
