That picture is on the wall of one of their showroom displays, so I would bet you could buy it from Jennifer's. A picture that size is likely to run several hundred dollars. If you don't need that large, I would google images "skyline". Depending what it is for, you might be able to find a photographer willing to sell you a print for cheap.

Though there's a copyright on that picture, you might want to try a stock picture (non-copyrighted, free for use.)
I reccomend stock exchange- or www.sxc.hu. Try searching for night skyline pictures there.
