I think that I am getting arthritis?

what can I do to prevent it, My hands hurt for time to time in cold weather, And after work. They lock up on me ,it's not bad but I know it will become bad. I want to stop it if can.

i've heard rubbing tea tree oil helps.

You can stop the pain temporarily, but you cannot stop the arthritis. I have been a sufferer of arthritis for 18 years. Same thing happens to my hands, but all I can do is take something to ease the pain. For very quick relief when it is cold, stick your hands in hot water for as long as you can stand it. Feels great to me.
