The proper (and collequal) translation to Hebrew is "Ani mah she'ani" (אני מה שאני), but the exact words of god in Exodus 3:14 are "Eheyeh asher eheyeh" (אהיה אשר אהיה , or with vowel marks: אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה), means "I'll be whatever I'll be".

I don't know about the Chinese...
