I mean, that's the only reason I bought him. All he does is sit on the roof and crow at the break of dawn and disturb all the neighbors in my hoity-toity deed-restricted community. What should I do with him?

Keep him. Being that you said "him" means it's a male and they don't lay eggs, they throw them.
