Its a shame that women have a hard time with relationships. It has been my understanding for a long time it is more easier for a woman to get a man than the other way around. Just becasue women are always wearing a kind of mental armor when being apporached at by men. If you are the shy type. You goal is probably best to find the shy type yourself that way he's probably not going to come off to strong. Unless thats what you want. Glancing up at a man and simply smiling at him says a lot. if you find one you like observe something he's doing like at a bookstore what book is he reading. Stand next to him and ask an innocent question abou that specific gendre. Try just saying Hi. That's always a start. Guys that are shy are usually alone, eating alone walking alone, just anything alone. They are the ones to me most receptive to your greetings. Just keep your mind set as if this man is already your boyfriend and your just asking him a question. It make sit a lot easier.

You should start getting involved in activities you enjoy with people who also enjoy them.
Ask yourself what you like to do- sports, drama, travel, creative things, music, etc. and join clubs or groups that do those things. You might meet someone there, but even if you don't it's better than chasing after boys or hanging around doing nothing with your life!
