You are too young to be asking if you have to ask. I hope you are not sleeping around with girls as you put it , more than one. That is how V D is spread (veneral disease) or AIDS.
Please don't for your sake and the sake of others. Think about what you are asking boy! You will want to get married one day (do you care what kind of girl she has been before you got her?)and when that happens you will stop and look back on all of the girls you needed for sex. In other words, stop taking away a girl's pride. Is this what boys expect of girls now days? Those girls will want to get married too. Maybe she would like have liked to kept her virginity,but instead gave in to some sucker like you!
Girls don't fool yourself, you don't owe sex to any guy out there. Boys are nothing but testosterone walking around and you are their target, literally, you are no different than the next girl standing beside you that he is looking at!

just like a good 10 course meal
starts with talking about it early on
then proceeds to preparation, lots of touching, garnishing with flowers
then goes to appetizers and snacking on meal in preparation
when to main course take time and enjoy, talk it up and be expressive
when you reach desert keep going or use other utensils to keep her happy until you run out of syrup and desert
then carress and snuggle and do it again if you are up to it until she says no more
