OMG you better make it up to her good. here is what i suggest, It might be a little extreme but i'm sure it will work...
You gotta have money though. And this takes place in one day.
While she is at work send her a bouquet of roses, and not just roses, long stem red roses about 2 dozen of them. And send her a little note saying "I'm sorry".
Then buy her a whole outfit like a dress and shoes then have someone send it to her house (fedex, dhl, etc.) Leave her a card saying "I'm sorry for forgetting your birthday, i know there is nothing that I can do to make it up to you , but this is the least I can do... Be ready by 7:00pm"
Make sure you make reservations at a nice restuarant.
Then pick her up in a limo dress nicely in like business attire and take her to a romantic dinner...
She should forgive you then...
hahah little extreme i know, i don't really know anything about your relationship or anything for that matter so i don't know if this would work, but give it a try. I'm pretty sure you won't do this but I am at work bored...

Plain a great day for her . Maybe send her flowers and maybe get her a cute teddy bear . Maybe plian a nice romanic dinner with romance music, caddles , or ask her what she would like to do . Just anything sweet that shows how you care about her and want to make things right. I hope everything works out for you . Good luck.

I agree with the first guy. How do you forget your girlfriends birthday? I forgot my ex-girlfriends mother's birthday this year because I was away and I felt bad about that.

Remind her what a great, beautiful person she is, and don't let her forget it...yet..don't be fake or over the top. Presents are always the best, so get some of those. hehe good luck!

Go all out prepare for anything and everything. Apologize first and say you sorry admit your mistakes and say you will make it up to her send her flowers candy poems or jewelry that's a big apology
