I'm slighty overweight and for two months I've been limiting my daily calorie intake to 1200cal. I'm only eating healthy foods, I run a mile everyday and use weights three times a week. I haven't lost a single pound and I've been at it for two months! Help!

not sure, could be you have a metabolism problem? Could be other reasons. I would not give advise to further reduce your calorie intake that makes things worse (long story lol). So, I suggest talk to your doctor and/or a nutritionist and that person could work with to help you in that direction. Should also ask for a low thyroid blood test. Probably not that but would be good to rule things out. Also, if you are consuming bad carbs such as white bread, pasta (white) and potatoes you should avoid as much as possible and of course sugar is nasty stuff :)

I have started taking 3 Tsp of apple cedar vinegar in 6-8 oz of water everyday and have noticed a drop in my weight and I really have not been watching what I eat. It's a little hard to get down (the vinegar water) but it's not so bad that I can't do it. Try it for a while and see if it helps you. I was told the vinegar eats the fat in your body.

It seems as though you are not eating enough calories for your activity level. If you dont eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto fat to conserve. How many calories you will need will depend on several things such as current weight and activity level. I suggest talking to a doctor or registered dietician. you are probably building muscle weight, but don't give up. try other excersizes and lower your carbs and fat intake. eat lighter in the evenings.( if you are on any meds, that will sometimes add weight.)

You're body's conserving energy and fat because it thinks you're starving and on a death march! Put some healthy proteins and fats in your diet.
