just let loose and be yourself...dont worry about saying something dumb or wrong because if you want a guy to like you, you dont want him to think youre fake

You have to always keep in mind that you want to be with someone that will like you for who you really are...not a fake you. You don't want to have to pretend to be someone else in order for him to like you because if you do that, you are really lying to him and yourself. Just be yourself. Chances are that maybe he's nervous and shy around you too but you don't know it. Think to yourself, that he already likes you but you want to accentuate the obvious. Since you have known him for a while I take it that you have a phone number to call him on. You can strike up conversations by using topics that both of you like. When you talk about things that both of you like it is easier to hold a conversation and if you pay attention you can notice how you loosen up because your speaking on something that you are comfortable with.

well i got comfortable around guys by being with my dad and his friends(that are mostly guys) and my brother and his friends... so start going somewhere with your dad like when he goes sees a friend (of course with permission) and then you'll start getting comfortable with guys... if you have a brother then u can do something similar.... i am still shy around guys but not as much as if i didn't hang out with my dad and brother.... guys easily talk to u if u seem to be comfortable and be easily to talk to.
