Download System Mechanic professional 6 . install it then run DriveScrubber2 when that is done restart the pc . then when the pc is back and your new pc will be even faster. Or it will be even more powerful. One way or another you will have a very powerful and fast pc in the world. Then after you restart your pc and enjoy your pc. that will take care of your problem.

Run several ad-aware programs
This will get rids any spyware of rogue applications on your PC. I recommend running Adaware, Spybot Search & Destroy and CounterSpy (trial version). Always restart your PC after each program has done its thing. This will get rid of most of the dubious stuff...

They're probably trying to scam you. Find the uninstall file in the software's program folder, or go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, to remove it.

go to your add/remove programs, delete it from there. thats what i would try, then run an adaware like program..
