This is what you should do, When you go to court, You explain to the Judge what had happen, And you explain to the judge when I saw the Meter Maid Officer the officer pull right behind me. As I was walking towards the car. Explain to the Judge you at a Garage sale. But you should have spoken to officer, You should have say Hello or something. But good luck in court.

often times, human beings pull tickets off of your automobile earlier you get there (it passed off to me). i do no longer understand in the event that they try this as a shaggy dog tale or what. besides, i might propose you're taking the value ticket to courtroom and clarify which you admit you have been double parked which you probably did no longer recieve the 1st violation and ask for the overdue penalty to be bumped off. The justice could have self belief you and decrease the advantageous, that's well worth a shot, in case you've gotten adequate money the ruin day from artwork.

Just pay the ticket...it can't be that much. No points are going to be taken from your license, and yes were wrong for double parking.

Did you have to sign for the ticket you received in the mail? If not, I guess you never received it - if you get my drift.

Otherwise, just bite the bullet and pay the ransom. Any other recourse will just cost you more time and money.

If you were in violation save your time and pay it , if not you can see the judge before court in smaller towns by standing in the line outside his chambers. They usually dismiss these if they feel there was an error.

You would have to go to court, and tell the judge you were dropping something of importance off at the residence, and it would help if you could get the residence to sign a statement to that effect. The judge might buy it.

Just pay the ticket, and hope you never meet that b*tch again. It's a waste of time to try to fight it. You'd might as well just get it over with quickly.

FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT...listen to these people saying bend over and pay! Make them PAY...go to court, have the officer brought in, then ask for a continuance...FORCE them to SPEND, those tickets are only to make THEM money and they know it...FIGHT like hell, find a witness....stand up for your rights..100%

We can BEAT them at their own game!
