Relationships that stem from the workplace usually do not last...But if you want him to know you like him, have innocent conversations beginning with "how's it going?' and such. Then when he gradually opens up and talks freely about his life, you can get to know him a bit better-even if it's in between work shifts. Then give him your priceless smile. See what happens then.

Meet him in the copier/mail room and just happen to be there at the same time. When he least expects it, make your move! Tell him how you feel and that you're interested in taking him out. If that doesn't work, nothing will.

Ask him out for a drink or coffee-depending on where you want this to go. Then see how he responds to you when your alone. Sometimes the quiet ones are the wildest!!!
