Bellydancing! I lost 15 pounds and shrank my waist when I took a class. Besides, it's fun!

The better choice will be the one that you enjoy more and feel able to stick with. Only you know which that will be. If you enjoy dancing, music and being extrovert, choose the belly dancing. If you prefer a quieter, more disciplined and contemplative approach, try yoga.

If you are truly undecided, then I would say yoga, as it exercises a wider range of muscles and would be easier for you to do at home as well as at class.

belly dancing will still leave you with some curves, they are necessary in the original art form. If you want a purely flat tummy and these are your only two options, go with yoga, though the results will be slower.

Hi. i would think yoga would be better to tone up the baby belly. Not only that, it would tone up all the other area's like the bum and legs.

Good luck. x

ultimate to swap it up!! Tae bo gets an incredible type of firming and an incredible type of cardio, Yoga will help with stamina, flexability, and a sprint firming. Pilates is super for firming. i do no longer understand lots approximately abdomen dancing in spite of if it sounds as though like exciting in case you will get into it.
