this was on a credit check i found this out ... it was in year 2002 when purchased and i didnt sign nor even been to a moble home place of bussiness...

If the loan is in your name, file a police report for ID theft.
Then send a copy of the police report to the credit bureaus and dispute the account as not yours.
You should thoroughly go over your reports for any other items that are not yours.
You may end up with a fraud alert placed on your files, but if someone is using your credit, that may not be a bad thing.

this is the very reason you get a credit report at least once a year. you can do it online and its free!
