What can a boxer do to move up a weight class?

I want to know what a boxer must do to move up a weight class and more importantly how can he keep the same speed when he does? I am curious about foods, supplements, and training drills for someone that fights professional. Thank you.

Whenyou move up a weight class you become heavy and your strength and punch become heavy. You have to relax more from your intensive training and your speed at first will be slow as you get used to that class you can then improve on your speed which is very important for any Boxer. Speed.
