no, this assumes everything that is not God is the same.

depends on how you define same
if their the same in the definition that its the same object given two names then yes they are
but if their same in one characteristic, such as, they are both happy, then no because they have a lot of other characteristics that are not the same.

Well, I'm not sure in I understand your question, but I'll give it a shot. The Bible states that God made Jesus in his image. I believe that God and Jesus are different people, but the same spirit. I hope this helped.
