How can you say anything like that. You should always use a condom weather shes on the pills or not. That doesn't stop other diseases to come into place. You will never know what the other party is doing when your not around so be safe. For your other question, Let her get arouse first and when it's time for the both of you to release, let her start first and she will finish with you.
