I just ate dinner and now my stomach is making obnoxious noises. I don't really feel sick, but I don't feel 100% either. If I take Pepto will my stomach calm down? Does anyone have experience with this? Will it hurt me to take Pepto even though I really don't feel that awful?

The Pepto will not hurt but it may help calm your stomach. It may just be your stomach emptying which occurs about every 20 minutes so by the time the effects of the pepto go to work the noises may be gone , but sure no harm in having some.

Take the pepto. It'll coat your stomach and it won't hurt you. Just take a tablespoon or so....not the prescribed dose for diarrhea. Or you could eat a tums, that might help get rid of the gas and the rumbling sounds.

You're about to have the runs. Pepto will help but probably not before you have to go. Better to just let it run it's course and get it out of your system.

You can take it for upset stomach but it will sometimes make you constipated so make sure you eat lots of fiber after you take it..
Eat a salad and other green veggies to get the fiber
