In florida you have 30 days to change the address on your license...depending on where you moved to...if you moved out of state you do need to change the tag to the current state where your new residence is. however if it is still within the same state your tag is fine!

it's not a real big issue,as long as it is the same state.far all they know you just moved are,you can use their address.once pulled over the first question that they usually as is"is this your current address"and you can answer,"i just moved"or"i'm in the process of moving out of my parents house."if you are going to be at your new address for a long time(a few years) then you might want to get a new license.if you are doing things that will get you in trouble, like drinking or carrying drugs, then an improper address may add to your concerns, other wise it's not a big deal.just drive the limit and follow all the rules and be,in the eyes of the cops as a good citizen and they will not bother you.if they see you as a bad guy, that's when they change and become aggressive.i hope i helped,so happy motoring.

Yes you need to change your driver's license. You only need to change your tag if you moved to a new county.

If you moved out of the county you were living in, you will need to change your tag as well. Your ad valorum tax is based on the county you reside in. And...if you get pulled over and they don't match, you could receive a fine.

legally, yes. your tag remains the same however when your new registration stickers and such get mailed, you won't get them. if you're moving from your parents house or a place where you had roommates then it shouldn't be a problem. but if you want to get all your stuff on time and correctly, I'd change your address. not too hard nor expensive

This varies from state to state - however, if you get picked up in Ohio = and you've moved move than 6 weeks previous, you can get a ticket. (They traditionally give you a warning, but if you get picked up for the same thing again - you get a $100 fine)

you do need to change them on your license, and it will cost you the same amount as it did to renew them, as for your "tag", it should stay the same.
