Yea maybe not a lot of people eat spinach, but you have to look at the fact that spinach is not just in bags by its self. Its also in those "Spring Mix" bags and a variety of others.

Nah, terrorists would poison something the majority of Americans eat. Raw spinach ain't that thing. I'd suspect something like water supplies, milk/cattle supplies, orcanned food processing first. Milk is highly regulated, so it's a great early indicator if something fishy is going on w/ eithet the cows or the milk.
