gets upset latley i have been eating to many nuts and they are killing me

my mom usually eats healthy food but in big portions so i allways save the rest is saving the rest bad for tomorow is that bad

Your question is kind of confusing...Although there is nothing wrong with saving the rest for tomorrow...that is what you call leftovers and its not bad :)
Nuts are good for you but to many can be very fattening because they are high in calories. Is that why you said they are killing me?

You should always eat a good breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day! Choose a healthy cereal, not one with too much sugar. On the weekends, when you have more time to sit down and eat, try pancakes or waffles.

For lunch you could have a sandwich, a fruit and a snack. I usually have a turkey sandwich, an orange and potato chips.

It's perfectly fine to save the rest of a big meal if you can't finish it. Just don't forget about it or it will rot in the fridge! Your mom wouldn't be very happy about that.

umm...eat cereal for breakfast. eat a sandwich and some fruit for lunch, and for a snack, eat something healthy like veggies and dip.
saving leftovers for the next day isn't bad, as long as you dont let it get moldy. i think that's what you're asking??
