Eww....My puppy Cody about a 9 month old miniature schnauser, puuked up some sort of a substance that looked like bannanas, white like stuffing from a plush toy, and smelt like cheese.....It may have been cheese but I get worried because my old dog passed away after vomiting, long story too sad to tell. Is he sick or anything? Please no cussi'ng!

How is your dog acting now that it has vomited? If it seems fine now like nothing happened I would watch him, sometimes pups just get upset stomachs. If you are worried I would go to the vet.

did it eat a piece of rawhide chew thing (either a bone, or an ear shaped object) by chance?

IF IT HAS ONLY HAPPENED ONCE - It sounds like a dog version of of "bile" kind of like stomach acid. If it has happened more than once, I suggest a trip to the vet to be on the safe side.

Maybe he had too much of it, or at a small enough piece but it upset its tummy, and since it hadnt any food to throw up thats is all that was in there. It has happened to my pooch once, and i knew she ate a little pice of her rawhide chew thing.. it says right on the package it can cause stomach upset.. so i thought of that when i saw your Q.

BEst of luck to you and your pooch =)

He's probably sick. Take him to your vet or the local vet and see what's wrong with him. He probably just ate something that he wasn't supposed to. Sorry I don't have a dog I'm just trying to do the best I can with this. I don't even know why I'm in this category.
