I've heard that hair loss can be a result of malnutrition, specifically from iron deficiency in one's diet. I think I may be experiencing this, but has anyone gone through this and noticed a regrowth of thicker hair (or just regrowth) after supplementing your diet?

I have had the same happen to me as well, once from nutrition and once from a medication. It grows back and it will look better than before in my opinion. It just takes time, thats all.

Omega 3 nutritional supplementations can help the hair be thicker in spite of if the chemo won't distinction the pattern of hair progression, the feel is often unique, persistently coming back very skinny and dazzling and for some men and girls coming back in a dfferent colour/texture.

My father did. He quit perming his hair (he came from that era.) And started taking vitamins and it grew back in a bit, though he never regained all of his hair, he stopped himself from going bald.
