You're missing out, man, don't knock it 'till you've tried it.
Hawaiian pizza is the BEST! (pineapple, ham or capicollo, and tons of cheese) Even better if you get them too add some sautéed onions.
*Hmm....forget the mac n cheese, think I'm gonna go order a pizza!!*
And I'm not from the West Coast either, we've got good taste in Montreal, Canada too!

There is a lot of different styles of cuisine out here, and a lot of variation within each style. We get bored. Or, rather, we don't get bored as much as the chefs do. We are like anyone else, we eat what there is to be eaten. Ever watch Iron Chef America on the food channel? You think pineapple on pizza is out there, you should see what they do to pasta! Or pineapples!

I went to a pizza place near Elmira Ny,was the best .it was square and it was a little place with a bar.I don't know the name of of it,but my Dad took us there and he is deceased ..wish I knew the name of it.They made one special for us Georgia gals.
