Yes,
But not for the same reason as humans.
Dogs are more instinctive. If they have a bad experience (especially when young) with a certain type of person, then they could be possibly afraid of people who look like that person.
Humans dislike other groups of people for more complicated reasons.
Are dogs colorblind? They see some shades of color but the distinction between green and red is very weak. Therefore don't let your dog drive.
Different dogs have different degrees of colorblindness.
However, sight is not their main sense, it's smell. They are more likely to react to somebody who smells a certain way than looks a certain way.
I have observed dogs that are afraid of men.
Could be that alpha male threat.

Dogs get worried about things that look different. I lived in a very whitebread area and my dog became very protective of us when someone black knocked on the door. This was because they looked different. She acted the same wayfor people wearing ski masks.
Dogs are also very attuned to the emotions of their people. They can read you in ways you never even thought of. Then they react based on what they read from you: fear, love, etc. So your question might be, does your dog know you are a racist? (And no. I'm not saying you are!)

Not in the way we think of racist, but yes, dogs can have a dislike for certain people. I've seen dogs that will tolerate a white person, but light up with love when a black person comes near. (This was at an animal shelter)

Well, not like humans. It is possible that they prefer no facial hair to facial hair though. If they are around x race and never see a v race then I would only guess that if they saw a color difference it may spark some curiousity. They are not genetically racist.
BTW racism is nothing more than stereotyping based on color so in that sense NO! They are not racist.

Actually yes I believe they can. I did have a Doberman who did not like African Americans for some unknown reason. I had the dog since he was a puppy and he had never had a negative situation with person with darker skin, so I have NO idea why he acted the way he did. I have African American friends and the dog acted strangely around all of them, so it's not I was racist and he was reacting to my reactions. He wasn't very fond of darker skinned Indians either, so it had something to do with the darker skin tone.
Very odd though...........

No
However if the dog has had boy, for example, throwing rock at is every time they go by, the dog may not be to apt to like boys right away.
I have seen this behavior in dogs

no they cant. but there is an exception to that where if someone perhaps a woman mistreated a dog that dog will now think "okay...womans aren't good so I should stay away." See. my dog doesn't like black people which Im so sad about because I have friends that love dogs and they're black....but hes only nice 2 certain black ppl that he knows are good....its because his last owner was black and abused him....

No. Not unless they have been trained to. Dogs pick up signals from their people and react accordingly. If the person shows fear chances are the dog will react.

Just though I would mention...racist is against a race....prejudice is what I think most people mean.....I noticed some people saying yes and then saying their dog only likes men or they don't like people in a uniform...etc, that's prejudice not racist. Not that it matters, but just thought I would help out. :)
If you mean prejudice, then I would say definitely, I have had dogs that don't like men at all. Racist....hmmm..I wouldn't think so.
