Not that is plain and simple stupidity, such a pastor is a man, just Like any other man, and if your Son has not received from you the parent, the basic of what is right and what is wrong, specially as to physical communication. That is what I call stupidity, a child should never be trust to any one if he/She hasn't learn first from the parents who God is, and who Jesus was, and how much better than our own-self's, the Holly family is, a child should emulate God and Jesus and the virgin marry and in essences the entire Holly Family FOR OUR OWN SELF!!!!, for his own parents, and follow no one else until he/she are capable to do such Judgment in their own. I am Catholic but I will not even trust the Pope him self with my child if my child doesn't yet knows the Basic about the Holly Family, Remember that Jesus Die and in the Cross, suffer before anyone could make HIM change his mind about his own believes in his own Father.

Faith goes to God, not man(or woman). I don't blindly trust ANYONE to care for my children except my own mother. I hope you're not the kind of idiot who believes that only 'religious' people commit acts of molestation and murder of children. To ask and/or comment on this subject in such a flip manner belittles the atrocities that the victims of this crime suffers. Shame on you!

Yes, that is faith and trust.

Statistics show that it is 100 times more likely that your child will be sexually abused at school, though, so I think that must take more faith.
