Can you have cornmeal on a candita diet?

I think so, it is yeast you are avoiding

I wouldn't, better to go without any grains,or sugars. In addition you should eat a lot of garlic, yoghurt, and acidophilis pills if you can get them.

If it is for vaginal yeast infection you can take a little vinegar and rub it there (where the infection is)! or add a couple of tablespoons to a bath. Will kill it in about 1-2 days...and keep it gone!
