I, too, always wake up with a song in my head.. and for me it's because i am an auditory learner, and therefor my brain is more attuned to sound. it could also be that you are dreaming about music a lot, or maybe someone physically close to you have music up just enough for it to slip into your subconscious but not to wake you. it could also be that you have related certain songs to moods at this point in your life, and that you are waking up in these moods and therefor the brain activates the songs
