Poisoned (or other P2P) to find music for Macintosh online?

About two years ago I used Poisoned (like Kazaa, but for Macintosh) to make a custom CD for my sister Jane. I downloaded all of the Jane songs out there to make her a funny CD for a birthday gift. She really liked it.

I'd like to do something similar again for someone else, but Poisoned doesn't seem to access anything any longer. Any advice?
