Well, it depends. If you're liking him from a distance, or just have a crush and he doesn't know you exist, then I guess you can play the waiting game -- see if he gets tired of her and dumps her, then you can plan your method of attack....
If you are mutually involved, and he's been seeing someone else on the side, get rid of him. You can't trust him as far as you could throw a cannon ball 30 feet in the air.
In either event, I think you need to get another boyfriend, one who knows you're alive, or one you can trust -- or both.
