I feel quite unhappy about the replies that have been given about this, given that it is so really tragic.

if a girl has had so much to drink that she does not know what she is doing then it is abuse. filming it is abuse and these guys knew it was abuse. they should have done the decent thing and put her in a taxi and sent her home

this is quite a sensitive issue - we can probably never know exactly the whole truth. but it does seem that this young lady has had a change of heart after her initial (apparent) willingness to have sex with these four men. quite often alcohol can change our perception of what is right and wrong and also what we do and don't want for ourselves.
this woman was behaving like a sexually mature adult at an age where she might not be mentally mature for that kind of thing, so she must learn that when she wakes up and regrets what she has done she must learn that regret is something that you have to conquer on your own, without the help of the police etc.
rape is a very real and despicable crime though- don't get me wrong.

What is tragic about a young woman who goes out tot get drunk, willingly goes back to a strangers home with 4 men, strips in front of them and invites them to have sex with her.And then rings 999 for the Police to take her home like a taxi service. When that was refused she cried rape.She is immature,spiteful, and a disgrace to womanhood.There was not the slightest concern about ruining 4 men's lives with her false claims.At what point will women accept any responsibility for their actions?

She should be jailed for life which is what the guys would have gotten if found guilty.
There should be a central registrer for women who falsely accuse men of sexual crimes. Women like this are poisen and they are all over the place. I believe the majority of all rapes and sexual 'crimes' are false. A bad idea last night is a rape today for many women.
Jail them all...
