try eating jolly ranchers every time you want a cig, other than that cold turkey is the way, your craving wont ever be any worse than the one you get after you eat, you can try a mind trick, just pretend that everyone in the world wants you to smoke , just say to yourself I dont want to and you cant make me.

if you are really serious the problem is where your getting them .
smoke like 2 ciggarretts so you dont have the urge and then call what ever stores you are getting them and tell them that your daughter is 14 and bought ciggaretts there , they wont sell them anymore and you will be helping out some other people as well.
if you get them from freinds dont hang out with them for a week or tell them what ever they do dont give them to you. if you get them from your parents well your just gonna have to have some
self control cause you cant very well say hey mom can you hide your ciggs so ill some stealing em'. good luck (mind over matter)

1-make a deal with your self saying (am not gonna smoke anymore) be a watcher of your self , 2-take this as an advice don't you stop smoking directly, how? instead of smoking 8 cigarettes a day smoke six within three weeks make them four.... those ways are the best to stop smoking , wish you luck i know it's a difficult thing to do

You can do this! Now is the perfect time to stop, before you become to used to it and start making excuses.
For me, I quit after smoking for 17 years, but I went cold-turkey. Quit without any type of outside help. You just have to tell yourself to stick with it. It takes a week or so for the nicotine cravings to ease up, but they will. Remember this motto:
'NO ONE HAS EVER DIED FROM A NICOTINE CRAVING!"

First, whoever's giving them to you, tell them to stop. If they don't, then don't hang with them as often. I like candy or gum cigarettes as an alternative, because they're the same shape and relatively the same size. Toss the rest of the real ones out or give them away, don't finish the pack. Making a list of rewards for certain milestones may help, and getting into excersize.

By just doing it. Be a man, or a woman and say to yourself. That's it. I quit. Chewing chewing gum helps to overcome the craving.
