I use MAGIX Movie Edit Pro, which has great audio AND video editing capabilities. You can use up to 18 tracks of audio/video. Great program. Bought it at Best Buy.

adobe audition is great for sound editing
adobe premiere for movie editing.
Both very expensive but they are among the best in the field.
