the medieval, mind-control crap big time here among the teen population. I have been to 3 schools and the only christians I can find are overwieght african-american girls...nothing against them. It's over. With the wide use of the internet so many teens are getting more than the biased 'believe or you go to hell option' and drawing their own, rational conclusions ....Sry. Your religion will be pretty close to dead in the next generation so have fun while you can.

Bless be your boots: A happy, free thinking 15 year old. ;)

I never said you are losing a contest, I said you losing the mind-control....It's not a contest...There's no prize for realizing the truth, only a false one if you don't.

Blisgamer, I AM the 'smart kid', and I already have made an inference-an educated guess- I have not been kicked out of any schools, I have made honor roll every year, and I am able to influence a lot of kids decision on that crap, which probably scares you...unfortunately your 'you will be held responsible' stuff doesn't scare me because I can take confidence in my decision and don't blame everything I can't understand on some sky-daddy. It is sad grown men and women believe that kind of mythology...I feel sry you never had the internet and only had beatings from your christian parents when you didn't kiss your bible before you went to bed.

Well, that would be your VERY uneducated opinion.

Turn to the internet and see that Christianity is still alive and well and growing. I know it would be a bit of work and we all know that teens are famous for being lazy.

You got a lot of answers from this, which is probably your goal. OK, I'll help you achieve that; as a Christian I enjoy helping other people get to where they want to be. As a Christian, I don't feel the need to tear people down for what they believe.

In three schools over an undisclosed geographic spread you have seen no Christians other than a certain demographic which you identified. That is interesting to me. I would venture to guess that there are more than you are aware of, but, then again, I don't know what schools, or where. So, let us say that you are correct. I am very happy to say that the teen reaction in my neck of the woods is very different. The teens around here use the internet to witness about Christ to other teens, and to teach other teens the truth. Like any other tool, the internet can be used for good or in other ways.

I have no doubt that Christianity will be preserved well beyond my generation, until the return of Christ. Of all the threats that have confronted Chritianity over the years, I do not consider the free exchange of information to be detrimental to my faith. As you mature you will find that the truth has a way of showing itself to people. At 15 you, naturally, want to rebel against anything which controls you. At 25 (hopefully) and 35 you will feel differently. You may still not embrace Christianity, which is your choice and your loss, but you will feel differently. Don't believe me? I wouldn't have either.

So, what can I say. We have lost you, so be it. I pray that God softens your heart, but if not, you have made your choice. I respect that. Allow other people to make their choices as well. If not, you are just as guilty of mind-control as you accuse us of being. Think on that.

You are lucky you are 15 kid, because atleast I can rationalize your ignorance by you age and lack of knowledge, and education. Actually, Christianity is growing all over the world. Christians are in huge numbers in Korea, China, India, Iraq, Iran, and many other places. Don't judge the whole world by what you find on the internet. And if the three schools you've been to, btw why are you at 3 schools at 15? Did you get kicked out? 15 is 9th grade. Anyway, 3 schools is not a large enough cross section of the population to make any inferences from (ask a smart kid what that means). I don't want to convince you of anything, if you don't believe in God, that's fine with me. Just know you will be held responsible regardless of what you decide.

They thought Christianity would be dead when they killed Jesus.

But they were wrong, he rose from the dead!

They thought Christianity would be dead when they fed Christians to the lions in ancient Rome and used Christians as living as human torches to light their parties in Ancient Rome.

But the loving and gentle Spirit of Christ survived and prevailed. Eventually Christianity became the dominant religion in Rome.

They thought Christianity would be dead when the Communists took over Russia and China and told the people that "Religion is the opiate of the people" - they outlawwed religious practice. Children turned in their parents for teaching them about Jesus.

But Russia crumbled, and thousands of Chinese people are asking Jesus into their heart every single day.

Christianity has a long, long history. The world will never be tired of the message of sacrificial love and human dignity that comes straight from our Creator.

You may hate what you think Christianity to be: "Convert or burn in hell! We are better than you are!" But you are wrong because you have never met Jesus. I hope that you meet him someday, my friend because you were meant for more.

I can tell you something there are a lot of kids (teens) that r Christians and they look like me and you, they listen to the same music as we do and all that stuff. So you can't just say that there are no christian teens anymore b/c there are and lots of them, they don't have sign on them that says "I'm a Christian" so if I were you have some respect for those teens that are proud of their faith....

lol, that's really funny. What we have isn't a religion, it's a relationship with Christ. We will have this however few the believers are. Also, there are millions of missionaires going out on a daily bases, as one of the largest relgions in the world, i find it hard to believe Christianity will soon end. Plus, according to the bible, the world will be ending and when their are no christains left (wheather or not you believe in the rapture), you can know the world will soon be ending in a few short years (or maybe long ones for those here on earth).

Bless your soul: A happy, joyous, saved, free thinking and Christ loving 20 year old bible school attendee!

To the above poster who said that Christianity is growing:
Yes it is growing BUT so is the world population. At this point Christianity is barely able to keep the same "believers : world population" ratio to stay alive.

Of course if you prevented Christians from not giving their children much of a choice when it comes to religion, then Christianity wouldn't be around today.

A 15-year old with experience in three schools? That's more interesting than the post.

It is not a game, and ultimately it is their loss. Funny thing, however, is that a lot of teens (myself included) quit "church" when they are that age. I did for a while, but ultimately I returned because of the value I found in it for me personally in the way of personal and moral values. Do not assume a church-less teen will become a church-less adult.

That's very doubtful seeing how there is a church on every corner , actually the next generation will be the Jesus Generation where millions will get saved just before the return of out LORD and SAVIOR
