Guys, if you were casually dating a girl, and you knew that she had a date with someone else friday night....would you be jealous? Or maybe not jealous, but curious as to who he was?

Definitely curious as to who he was, I would want to see if I measured up to him. I wouldn't push the issue too much with the girl if she was not comfortable talking about it though

Depending on the length/frequency of your casual dating, I may be curious as too why she is 'dating' someone else. If you had the feeling that you were casually dating in order to lead into a more serious relationship, I would be questioning the seriousness of your dates committment too a more serious relationship. And yeah, you can't help but be a little jealous in a situation like that.

There are too many variables to answer yes or no. If he truly likes you then yes he will be jealous. If he is simply using you for sex and has many other options he might not care. He typically won't care who the guy is unless he is trying to marry you or make you his #1 squeeze and in that case wants to know what he is up against due to his own insecurities. If he is jealous he might not show it so as to come off aloof. The best way to find out is if he steps up his courting and pursuit of you after finding out. Remember this though, true love never violates the sexual purity of the person it claims to love. TV would have you think otherwise but sex outside of marriage will always end up in heartbreak at best, abortion, stds and other things at worst.

I am causally dating about three ladies now and it's nice. None of them know about each other, but they know I wasn't sitting on the couch every Saturday night before I met her. You know
So my answer is I'd be curious as to what he looked like, maybe feel a little challenged but as soon as I hang up the phone it's like peace, I'm gonna do my thing. I wouldn't call for while, unless she called me as to not appear Jealous or something.
I would be a little upset if she didn't tell me, like she was hiding it or something. When I am dating more than one person and feelings start to grow I tell her, I am dating someone else. Just to not appear scandoulus. I think it's fair to be that upfront with someone who is taking time to like you.

I am sorry, I can't relate to what you are saying. I don't do casual dating... if I'm with someone then I'm with that someone and that person is with me... end of story.
Trying to imagine that I would actually say to a person, let's date openly... then I wouldn't have a right to an opinion on who she dates.

uh id probably kinda jealous but i would try 2 hide it cuz i wouldnt want 2 be jealous, and thats exactly the reason i would not want 2 know who he was

I would be curious if I found out from someone else first, like you were trying to keep it a secret. If you were open about it, I wouldnt care.
