If and when he thinks you are the right girl to bring home to his family. If he is serious about you he will. People dont usually bring others home to meet the family unless they plan on staying wiht them for awhile. Hes gotta make sure you are right for him.

When he invites you to come over and meet his family this is the best time. It's best when they invite you over cause then you know it's ok with him and his parents and so that everyone is prepared for it.

When you're both comfortable with it... I'd say, when he asks you over to meet his parents. It may be two weeks into your relationship, and it may be a year. It depends on how serious he is about you as a girlfriend.
