Eat smaller meals but more of them (about 6) a day instead of the traditional 3 (breakfast/lunch/dinner). The 3 extra meals don't have to be anything fancy, just something packed with protein and carbs (like pb&j and a banana...I usually eat a turkey-breast fajita in-between my meal times). And be sure to drink some type of shake that has alot of protein. They have many different flavored drinks out there that'll help u get real big, real fast. I use Muscle Milk (Banana cream flavored). It can be mixed with anything u wanna drink. For that 'extra push', add about 3 scoops of ice cream and u'll be gettin' buff in no time. I went from 135 lbs to 150 lbs in about 2-3 months. 75% is dieting (what u eat) and 25% is the workout so make sure u eat whenever u can (and if u luv chicken, Chic-Fil-A is the greatest!!!!) Bon appetite!

Hmmmm, well - you obviously have a high metabolism!
Some things you can do is take in more carbs (pizza, spaghetti, breads, etc.). You can also hit the "core" weights - bench press, curling, legwork.
If you want to get faster, do sprints, run stairs (diagonally at the stadium, you know) and use resistance when running (like, you can buy one of those vests with the parachute on the back, like you see track and football athletes running with). Speed training is like resistance training - if you do it with resistance, you'll get faster!
Work on your flexibility and endurance as well - don't forget the cardio!
You'll get there!
Now, about the taller part....that's going to be your downfall. More than likely, at your age and build, you're probably as tall as you're going to get. Nothing you can do there - that's genetics.

Weight lifting is not a good way to get taller... it actually shrinks you. Perhaps you have noticed that all professional weight lifters are rather small.
Try sports like volleyball, basketball and best... swimming. Your body will stop growing at about 20-22 years of age. NEVER consider taking growth hormone.

you are still young and not fully developed. i started working out when i was 16 and made small gains. so i subscribed to muscle and fitness and i still get the magazine now. my advice to you is to read everything you can. www.bodybuilding.com is a great site with a forum section that i love. in a nutshell you need to workout hard, eat more calories than you are burning off and get rest.you will grow. good luck.

you need to eat like you never ate before. if at any point you think 'should i be eating rite now?" then you should be. you need food to replinish what you are working out. eat a protein bar with every meal. this worked for other guys i know.
