Oh yes. Come to France, Northern Africa, Haiti and other sections of the world and you are set for life! They speak French best in France though.

ummm there really isnt a translation for that. you could say:
j'en ai marre
j'en ai assez
je suis tellement faché
je suis vraiment faché
