Chocolate Cake (sans eggs)
3 c. Flour 1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Sugar 1/3 c.Vegetable oil
1 ts. salt 2 c. Water
1/3 c. cocoa 2 Tblp Vinegar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Pour in vanilla, water, and vegetable oil. Blend well.
Pour in vinegar and mix well.
Pour into pan.
Bake 20-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
NOTE: The vinegar is what activates the leavening in this cake. To change the flavoring in the cake replace a cup of the water with alcohol or juice (i.e., amaretto, framboise, orange juice, etc). This cake gets more moist as it sits.
Good luck.

This is the moistest cake ever. From a box, and I never make box cakes... Can't get any easier than this, either.
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box "cook", not instant chocolate pudding
Cook the pudding and mix with the dry cake mix. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and sprinkle some sugar on.
Bake 350 25 minutes or until done.
You can mix up the flavors with different flavor chips or cake mix or puddings. Peanut butter chips taste great on the chocolate cake.
