onion bellpepper,bleu cheese, bacon, whatever sky is the limit, go to whole foods and buy one of their cowboy burgers and see what they put in it, I think it has chedaar chesse in it and all knids of peppers some bacon, those burgers rock, also buy bobby flays book BOY MEETS GRILL ,there are alot of awesome burger and steak recipes in that book

Before you cook the burger sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both side of the burger then cook.
Top with refried beans and melted cheese and serve in a bun.

Are you making these burger at home. You can season pre-formed patties with seasoning salt.. or powered garlic...ot a pre-mixed seasoning you can get the the grocery store
If you are making the patties yourself try adding a packet of dry onion dip mix. or any other dip mix you like. the onion soup dry mix works good too...

Pleanty of things,one of my 2 favorites is a Pizza burger(just put spaghetti sauce,pepperoni,and mozzarella cheese on it)or a chili baconcheese burger(oh course chili,bacon and I use cheddar cheese)

jalapenos, ranch dressing, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, crispy bacon slices, a little garlic salt and lemon pepper. taste so good your tongue will beat your brains out, slapping against the roof of your mouth!!!
