I want a camera that can fit in my pocket put has around 6 pixles and will be good for taking pictures at concerts as well as normal pictures. Any other suggestions?

Kodak is a good brand. So is Canon or Olympus. Go for the most mega pixels you can afford as the picture quality is dramatically better with the higher numbers.

Since you want it to fit in your pocket, you are basically talking about what is called a point and shoot. They have different pluses and minuses . I got a very good no name 6 mega pixel point and shoot from ebay that has served very well for some time. (I have moved up some to a dslr 8 mega pixel since, to have the interchangable lens, and ability to over ride auto settings etc.)
If you don't want to haunt ebay and use a sniping service to find a good deal, this site usually has some cameras for sale, and some links down the left side of camera outlets that usually have sales going on.
The truth is you can get fine pictures with a disposable camera if you know what you are doing.. it is just easier to do with the right equipment.

Kodak has been making cameras for well over 100 years, so you can bet it's a good brand to put your faith into. I myself own a Kodak EasyShare CD33. It's 3 megapixels, and the best $100+ I ever spent.

I can't say there's any problems with this camera, honestly, except that it slows down as bateries die. Great, big pictures, and it's so beautiful. (Gosh, I sound like a plant, don't I? Well, I'm not.) It doesn't fit in your pocket, but you can always get a camera bag. Some actually look cool. I use that pouch that came with a set of binoculars.

6 Mega pixels is a lot of pixels. My 3 megapixel camera takes photos that are around 1000 pixels by 1200 pixels in size, and I shrink them all to a third of that anyway. So if you do that, smaller pixel sizes will be cheaper and not as useless, unless you have to make them huge.

The Kodak cameras usually have a photo option that is call "Sport" that allows you to take pics with a fast shutter speed, perfect for those jumpy concert rock stars. Any Kodak is a good camera.

Also, whenever you go to crouded places, especially conerts, tether your camera to your hand or belt so it doesn't get stolen in the crowd! People will steal cameras!

I don't have any Kodak cameras, so I can't tell you about my experience with them, but I see that the V603 doesn't have optical image stabilization. Optical (not digital) stabilization is really helpful in keeping photos clear and blur-free. I have a Canon S3 IS and it has image stabilization and nearly every shot is crystal clear. I know that Canon, Sony, Olmypus, and Nikon just came out with a bunch of new camers, so I would check around before you make a final decision. Also, try to get a camera with a greater zoom range (like 5x-6x) so that you can get closer to what you want to photograph. Hope this info helps!
