I love my scrawny, goofy looking nerd boyfriend and wish all the hot girls would stop hitting on him :-/ (not that im exactly ugly)
Maybe because a lot of the guys you described treat women well because they think of it more of a privlege to be with these 'hot girls' where as the 'hot guys' view it as the norm.

Evidently the hot girls are attracted to the scrawny, goofy looking boyfriends. Maybe thats their desire. Furthermore, thats your opinion. The hot girls may not see them as being scrawny, goofy looking.

This reminds me of what one of the contestants said on "Beauty and the Geek". She said she got tired of all the hot looking jocks always being assholes. If you see a "hot girl" with a "not so hot boy" then she probably had her share of hot men that had their own share of women ('cause he is a player with looks and social skills) and won't settle for just her. She would rather settle for an average joe that was not a spoiled brat than a hot guy that was (although she would wish there was a hot guy that wasn't spoiled but, well, just look at how hot girls get spoiled at night clubs, getting drinks without much effort! Basically if he is hot then he probably is a bit narcissistic).

The girls probably aren't superficial and look beyond the guys being scrawny and kinda goofy looking. Being attracted to someone isn't all about what's on the outside, it's also about what's on the inside.

Hey, I have a hot dude and he is a total player. I left a nerdy guy for him, what an idiot I am. I tell you what, I'd give anything to have that nerdy guy back. And I tell you why I have great respect for that nerdy guy. He didn't hang out with the fellas, he didn't spend most of his life watching sports. And he spent a lot of time with me. You want a hot girl? Then make her feel as if she's the only woman on the planet and stop rubbernecking.

Read your question and then you know the answer! 'Hot Girls' probably don't want to listen to how superficial your statements are and go for the guys that keep them interested, make them laugh, etc.
Sounds to me like you keep getting turned down by someone you want and are jealous of that girl's BF! Women (and men) in general don't care for jealousy, it is a sign of weakness and insecurity NOT Love!

I like geekier guys cuz #1 they are usually better in the sack...also, the treat u like a queen and actually WANT to please u..I've dated both extremely hot and also dorky guys...Hot guys are always in competition and i'd rather be the hotter one out of the pair. I dont want to compete for attention with my man!
