That is not a symptom of an umbilical hernia unless it is HUGE and causing the intestines to become strangled. WHY don't you see a VET!?

An ubilical hernia would not cause foaming at the mouth or weakness. Usually, an umbilical hernia will look like a "pokey out" belly button and won't cause the cat any undue distress.

Your cat is sick. You need to get it to a vet NOW.

One of my katz had an umbilical hernia. Physically, the exterior appearance sometimes looks like an EXTREME outty belly button. If it's an interior hernia, you won't be able to see anything. Low energy, trouble eating or eliminating are primary symptoms. See your vet and he/she can fix it easily.
