Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes a pound. My girlfriend cooks it for about 2 hours to make sure its done. Cover with aluminium foil till about twenty minutes before it is done then take it off to brown the top. Then when its done let it rest before you cut it for about 15 minutes so the juices will not run out of it and be dry. If you allow for this resting period it will hold the juices in.

Hire an amazing 105 lb French Maid. That's what I did. She can't cook worth a damn, but I can't complain.
