any K-mart, Hardware store, etc. Look for the area marked Phone Jacks/Supplies or such. This is not Rocket science, Just Phone cord and RJ style jacks, simple junction boxes. All these pieces come with instructions. Doubtfull you will actually need a punchdown tool or anything for home replacement wireing. a pair if needle nose pliers ( a nice pair with a wire stripper and cutter) , a small set of screwdrivers, Maybe an electric drill would be helpful. some People like to get wire channel so they dont have to route cable through te walls . (This is just tubeing you smack up on the wall to run wire through). Have fun.

Make sure you use category 5E wire. It doesn't cost much more than standard phone wire and you can use it for home networking. The link is to a "how to" site on structured home wiring.
