Here's a handy little chart that you can start replacing sugar with Spelnda.

Sugar - vs - Splenda for baking
1/4 Cup =1/8 Cup, or (2 Tbsp, or 6 Tsp)
1/3 Cup =2 Tbsp + 2 Tsp
1/2 Cup =1/4 Cup, or (4 Tbsp, or 12 Tsp)
2/3 Cup =1/3 Cup, or (5 Tbsp+1 Tsp, or 16 Tsp)
3/4 Cup =6 Tbsp, or 18 Tsp
1 Cup =1/2 Cup

Usually you would substitute 1/2 the amount of sugarfree for natural some use less because they find it is much sweeter. The best one for baking is Splenda. You will have to test your recipes and decide for yourself. I suggest making a 1/2 batch to test and decide whether you like it or not.

Another option that is a natural sweetener is Stevia(?sp). It is a plant based sweetener found in health food stores and is usually in liquid form.
