my auntie had the same problem with my cousins so did quite a tricks made her own veggie burgers with mashed up veg fried, or made veg in cheese sauce or covered them in tomato sauces. she even made faces and intresting shapes with the veg to make them intresting. she had 4 children that would not eat veg and they all eat it fine now you just have to think of intresting ways of intoducing it to the children another good way it to play games like taste testing blindfolded so they get to taste the veg before they know what they are eating but play it with things they enjoy as well as things they don't

My friend has a similar thing with her little one. She now disguises the food e.g. mashing swede and carrots into sweet potatoes or doing home made burgers with tiny bits of veg in it.
Luckily I never had this problem but i used to also make a game out of cooking it and giving them raw veg as treats. My kids love carrots, to the point only have of them ever actually get cooked as the kids think they are lovely "sweets". I tell them that sweetcorn is pirates gold and if they don't eat it then the pirates will come looking for it and so they have to eat it to hide it really well. Just make the veg fun and get the kids helping with cooking. Get excited yourself about veg and they will too although it might take a while.
This will only work with younger kids though. If your kids are past the age of about 7 or 8 then I don't think you've got much hope I'm afraid.

My eldest daughter is nearly 13 and hasnt eaten veg since she was about 7, I try to help by making casseroles with vegetable in and adding the juice from the boiled veg and adding it to the gravy. It never worked for me trying to disguise the veg(she knew)

How about homemade vegetable soups - pureed nice and smooth so there are no recognizable bits? Or pureeing veg and mixing it with a pasta sauce.
Alternatively try raw veg - sliced carrot and cucumber with cream cheese or other dips.
Another good one is using a little bit of butter and honey on cooked veg - try this with carrots & baby corn.

This is an age old question!!! Disguise it as something else. Try giving them rhubarb,it's a veg. Other than that, try covering veg with chocolate sauce!!!! (only joking)!

you have to get them used to the taste of veg. when you give them their meals, give them a small amount of the vegetable like one small piece of broccoli, or one piece of carrot, or whatever, and tell them they have to eat it. give them less of the food that they do like, so that if they want seconds, you can say "only if you eat your piece of broccoli first" sooner or later they will get used to the fact that there is one thing on their plate that they don't like but they have to have, and they will eat it voluntarily and might even start to like it. childrens' tastes change all the time, they like different things from week to week, so you have to keep them flexible by persevering with the foods they say they don't like. explain to them that they don't have to LIKE everything (mushrooms for example are a yukky texture for some kids), but they do have to TRY everything from time to time. I don't think the answer is to sneak the food into their diets (not all the time anyway!), but to encourage their flexibility in trying new things, and not just thinking all veg=yuk
